HELLO.

I’m Ashley. a yoga and meditation teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, breathwork facilitator, manifestation coach, artist and mother. I created YogiiHeart as a heart-centred space to share practices, inspiration and reflections that help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves. To bring calm into our lives, even when the world feels chaotic.

I’ve discovered that wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about small, intentional acts such as a mindful breath, a nourishing meal or a quiet moment of reflection. These simple practices ripple outward, bringing balance and presence to our days.

YogiiHeart is also a space where I explore creativity, meditative art, and the ways intention can transform both mind and home. I hope it inspires you to cultivate your own heart-centred rituals and find joy in the little moments.

  • A personalized meditation session tailored to your emotional, mental and energetic needs. We move at your pace using supportive practices to encourage grounding, insight and inner calm. Ideal for those seeking individualized support or deeper self-inquiry.

    Delivered on location, these private sessions bring personalized, trauma-sensitive practice directly to your space. This tailored experience allows you to fully relax and restore, which is reflected in the session rate. Contact Ashley for multi-session packages or custom offerings.

  • A slow, meditative practice using long-held, supported postures to release deep tension and restore flexibility. Yin Yoga encourages stillness, awareness and a sense of grounding within the body. Suitable for all levels.
